in approx. 50 locations across Michigan. Assisted with statewide
deployment of case management database system. Designed, installed
and supported modifications for the system. Helped plan and
implement a statewide legal services Internet access project.

Presented talks on legal services technology at regional and national
conventions. Responsible for hardware and software purchasing
decisions. Participated in statewide legal service technology
